"Absolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too."

"Hotel was very clean, well located and staff were communicative and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and there were minimal amenities in the room itself, but everything worked and functioned as expected. Only real complaint was the very small bed, but we slept well enough."

"A 15-minute walk from Swansea Railway Station, close to Swansea Museum and beach, and quiet around. The room was clean and tidy, the furnishings were very British, the breakfast was rich, and the main course could be a la carte."

The room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable with the most comfortable bed of any hotel that I have stayed in by a long way!

The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor.
Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.

A microwave and refrigerator are also provided for use. The landlord is very nice, but he is not very good at using the heating in the room, so it is a little cold at night, but that is not a problem. .

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC
