There is so much to explore right outside our front door! New, portable AC units have been installed on each floor. One is located in the King Master bedroom, a second is located in the main living room, and a third is located in the lower living room. Instructions for operation are listed in the guest guidebook and on the units themselves. Please supervise children at all times around the AC units. Two box fans are also available for guest use, if needed, and can be located in the lower level bedroom closets. A newly installed dehumidifier is located on the lower level. It should be left on to run continuously, especially during the warmer months. Please supervise children at all times around the dehumidifier. Please take caution when using the walkway and back decks, especially after it has rained or snowed. Ice Melt is located in the entryway closet to help control icy or slippery conditions in the colder months. Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over age 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable.
