This condo is also just minutes from the Osage Beach Outlets and the Bagnell Dam Strip. This complex is also just 20 minutes from gorgeous hiking trails, historical castle, and natural springs at Ha Ha Tonka State Park. This beautifully decorated condo is located on the Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) with an awesome view of the lake. Within minutes of two top notch golf courses and a couple of miles from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, this property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri, directly off Highway 54. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads. It is the perfect lakefront property for families and friends to relax or play!The condo is a spacious 1440 square feet and is located on the third floor of our building. There is an elevator that takes you to and from the condo floor, parking lot or boat dock. The elevator is ideal when transporting items. We try to include everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, blender, and toaster. There is dining room seating for 8 people, a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We provide paper products to make your stay even more convenient. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture with a pull out sofa and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. High speed wireless internet access is also included.The deck, with plenty of seating, overlooks the lake and you can see for miles in both directions. It is a great place for morning coffee, watching the boats come and go, and seeing the sunrise. You can relax on the deck, grill your meal on the gas grill and enjoy the comfortable outdoor seating. Even in poor weather you can sit on the covered deck and with your favorite beverage and/or book. When the weather is warm you will enjoy the shade and the outdoor ceiling fan.You will find three spacious bedrooms; two with king sized beds and one room with a queen bed. The two rooms with a king bed are equipped with flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has private access to the deck. Both bathrooms have showers and the bathroom off the kitchen also includes a tub. Also nearby are dozens of lake front restaurants accessible by land or water. This spacious condo is located just south of Camdenton, MO off of Hwy 54 on the West side of the Big Niangua Arm (MM13) with no long winding roads to meander through. This quiet and beautiful area is near Ha Ha Tonka State Park which offers fantastic views and hiking trails. You may see a few things in the pictures that don't quite fit, we are still working on updating the condo and will provide new pictures in the Spring. The living room features a reclining sofa and two chairs with ottoman's so you can put your feet up and relax. The full kitchen has a table that seats 6, an open breakfast bar that seats 3, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer and lots of pots and pans for your cooking needs. The large deck offers a stunning lake view and has plenty of seating for you to relax, as well as a large grill to cook your favorite meals on. The master bedroom has access to the deck, a king-sized bed, two dressers, large walk-in closet and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The loft overlooking the living room has a flat screen TV and seating area. The loft bedroom has a queen bed with private shower/bathroom. There's a mini fridge in the loft providing extra space for drinks/snacks. This condo is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. All you need are your toiletries and towels for your water activities. This complex has two large swimming pools for your enjoyment. There is a nice playground for the younger members of your group as well as a sand volleyball court. There is great fishing off the shore, dock and around the gazebo area.
