You can take a very short walk to the coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, boardwalk, and the most glorious sunsets. And then walk to the beach at the other end of the street to enjoy a beach private to the residents and guests of Marlin Drive. . A relaxing place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and beverages of choice in the evening. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as sheets and bath towels. We love it here and enjoy sharing our tranquil waterfront home with other families.You will be staying in our dream home and we take care of it as such. What that means is that we finished an extensive renovation to create a spa like experience and include free amenities the whole family can enjoy. You will arrive to a kitchen with all the appliances you need. The silverware, dinnerware, and utensils are renewed each season so you can enjoy meals with your family as you would at home. The garage is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the sound including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board, and boogie boards. You do not have to haul things here from home or pay for additional rentals and purchases. It is all already here for you so you can simply relax and enjoy. Our small beautiful community has an indoor pool (open mid-May through mid-October), fishing/relaxing pier, basketball, and a tennis and pickleball court. It is a quick walk across the street to the ocean and beautiful beach. If you'd prefer to drive, we are pleased to announce that starting November 2023 we now have free and easy beach parking.After all the years we’ve been coming to the outer banks, we believe we found the perfect waterfront vacation spot and our guests have told us time and time again that they love it here and that we are by far the best value for waterfront accommodations in Duck.
