Our outdoor aria is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining with grill and fire pit, trampoline, swingset. We do have two small kids and share walls with the unit, so expect to hear normal kid sounds up until 9:30 weekdays, and possibly 10:30 on non-school nights. The pool closed starting September 18th, will re open next summer. The hot tub is 104° and open, just give me a heads up upon booking so I can prepare it! When it's freezing outside the hot tub might be on, however might not keep a hot temperature.
