Grill up a juicy steak on our gas Weber grill on the private back patio that looks out onto Camelback Mountain (propane tank included). Outlets and USB ports right beside each bed to charge your devices overnight!We provide all clean and sanitized linens, blankets and bath/hand towels and wash cloths. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit as well, with laundry detergent provided. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.*Outdoor Pool: For pool passes, names of all guests who request to use the pool must be given at least 5 days in advance to be added to the welcome list. (Outdoor pool available seasonally.)*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!*Trash: Garbage can be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am. *Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine.
