Family-friendly hotel, very clean,
Breakfast left nothing to be desired.
Pool area very large and great for children. However, we had to pay for a change of towels this time. We were there for the 7th time.
The spa area was great as always.
We would love to come back.

Very cosy resort with many amenities like gym and swimming pool with slides. The location is very close to the national park allowing for quick hikes to the waterfall. The city is relatively close but in the winter you need to walk in the dark. Staff is very polite and willing to help. It’s our 4th time here

Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.

Excellent hotel. A lot of activities for kids and family! The prices went up a bit. Unfortunately the internet is very poor due to a fallen down radio mast. The food is very nice and quality is good throughout the stay of one week. The area is very interesting and close to the national park trails

Overall a nice experience. Very kids oriented. Especially during vacation period. Food and breakfast is very nice. The area is also close to the national park which makes it nice to have a nice walk in the forest. This was our third time and the experience is constant

Very good standard, location and perfect service. I would add more style to the room design, maybe some pictures with mountain view and so on. Lot of things to do with family, game room, swimming pool, ping pong ect. It was great time with family.
