We stayed here for one night. The stay was fine overall, but it felt like some attention to detail was lacking. The hotel was quite busy, with what seemed to be a large group of high school students in town, so that may have been part of the problem. We checked in, and weren't given a platinum welcome gift/points. This isn't all that important, to me, but was perhaps an indication that the (very friendly) staff were busy. Then, even though our reservation clearly stated that we had 3 people and needed a king + sofa bed room, when we got to our assigned room, it had only the king. We called the desk and found out we'd been given an accessible room, so had to carry our luggage all the way back to the lobby, then get a new room assignment. This one was correct, and once we got to the correct room, it was comfortable enough, with a nice bathroom. The start of the stay felt a bit disconcerting, though. The hotel location is nice, with restaurants as well as the Museum of Glass within walking distance. Parking is somewhat annoyingly located across the street, and even for self-parking cost $19 (valet was even more). There was some road noise audible in our room, which we were able to mute with a white noise app from my phone. Overall our stay here was fine, but we've stayed in hotels and even Courtyards that we liked better.
