Nice hotel, very good service from the receptionist. Room comfortable and very warm during the winter. Bed soft. Quite good value for money.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They kindly heated up the heating mat on beds before we came because it was a cold winter. Overall we are happy about staying there.

I chose a place to stay for a hike on Mt. Taebaek. I made a reservation based solely on the Ramada brand, but when I received my room assignment, I found out that the first floor was under construction and had various furniture scattered around. It was raining, so there was no parking outside. When I entered the room, it felt a bit cold. The weather on May 1st was cold, but there was an electric blanket on the bed. One of them didn't light up, so I asked to exchange it, but that didn't work either, so my husband had a high fever and just slept. I don't think I'll go there next time.

The floor was very warm, so I was able to rest warmly even in the winter. It was close to the snow festival site, so it was easy to access. There is a delicious yukgaejang restaurant nearby.

Stayed here to visit O2 Ski Resort and High1 Ski Resort. The exterior and interior structure are unique, but the bed was more comfortable than I expected. And the clean public bath was very satisfying to relieve fatigue after skiing.
