Entire building inside needs repairs/cleaned. I was first checked into a room that was already occupied. Once that was cleared up I was moved to a room that neither bed had appropriate linen. No Duvet covers just an insert between 2 flat sheets, 2 towels for a 2 bed suite, mold in the caulk of the tub, cobwebs on the lamps, and the floor was sticky. But at this point we could not be bothered to move again so we stayed in the room and dealt with it. The one elevator in the hotel states only 4 people at a time, however the stats from the manufacturer state up to 3500LBs or 21 persons, so obviously the elevator is not fully functioning. Which we had the displeasure of experiencing firsthand on our second night there. My party and I were the first 4 on the elevator but 5 other followed on behind us the front desk who could see this did not say anything to the people and let the door close. At this point the elevator became stuck, and the door would not open. Let me also say there is 0 ventilation on the elevator, and it stays very hot. We rang the alarm, banged on the door and shouted while the front desk clerk on duty did nothing. We had to call her on someone’s cell phone before she even acknowledges we were stuck inside. She then proceeds to tell us through the door that she did not know how to open it and was calling her manager who was not on site. At this point we took matters into our own hands and called the local police non-emergency. 9 people were stuck on that elevator with no air on an almost 100 degree day for about 20 mins. Once we were let out not once did anyone express concern about anyone that had been stuck on the elevator, only said come here I need you to write down your name. NO clue why we had to do that seeing as how no one ever contacted us, no one said sorry. The state of this hotel and the lack of any employee who seemed to be able to manage the slightest thing (we asked for an extra pillow and were given one with no pillow cover as she said they did not have enough linen). I worked for Hilton hotels for 12 years and I know the correct way to deal with guests, and they are sorely lacking. This hotel does not deserve their franchise status, and it should be revoked.

Overall a very good experience. My king room was very large with a corner sofa/settee, faux wood floors (some people don't like non-carpeted rooms but I don't mind). Bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space. Breakfast buffet had quite a few choices with a pancake machine, pastries (including fresh warm cinnamon rolls), cereals, eggs, sausage, etc. This hotel is apparently used quite a bit by nearby construction workers so at the end of the day the parking lot was full but in the morning they've all gotten up and left early so not that many people at breakfast. Front counter staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint with the hotel was that we stayed two nights and they did not clean the room after the first night. So my traveling companions in the other room had no clean towels. We don't mind re-using towels as long as we know about it beforehand. I would prefer to have the room at least cleaned, trash picked up, and supplies restocked. When I asked the front desk about it, they finally admitted that they were short-staffed and the cleaners couldn't get to all the rooms. That's fine as long as they give you some warning. Other than that, the hotel was a good choice and I would stay here again.

Out of the hotels I stayed out on my work trips, this was hands down the best. Check in was a breeze and the man who assisted me was pleasant, helpful and informative. My room was clean and bright, and while it was on the front of the building, it was quiet. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of choices and the gym was small but open and available for use. The staff at checkout let me sit in the lobby while I waited in my ride and bid us farewell as we headed out. I love Holiday Inns.

Has been a very pleasant week stay. Definitely a bonus I got to bring my puppy along . Beds are nice not to soft and not to firm very nice sleep. The in room Krueger is amazing. Bring your own coffee you only get 2 . Location is easy to find and close to stores and restaurants

No smell as in some hotels that reek of cigarette smoke Nicely upgraded rooms, good breakfast & dining area, friendly & helpful staff. Only two negatives were you could not open the windows for fresh air and the rooms had vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet (the latter which is a personal preference).

Overall stay was wonderful from hot complimentary breakfast to wonderful front desk employees. I left my clothes on the table next to my luggage and left for our convention. I came back to my room my clothes were gone off the table. If you stay at an establishment where things disappear from your room by housekeeping, then there is no telling what they will steal. Holiday Inn should be ashamed hiring workers who steal from guest. I will never stay at this location again and I would recommend if you don't want your personal belongings rummaged through and taken then you shouldn't stay here either. It's ashamed one person can give a great establishment a bad name. I don't usually write reviews, but when you stay at a hotel you should feel safe and secure, you shouldn't have to worry about your thing disappearing when you leave your room.
