我的房間一直沒有熱水。。。服務員修理半天沒弄好，最後給我換了個房間。。。服務態度還可以，就是沒有熱水導致我那天早上沒辦法洗澡，後來換了房間以後沒時間洗了，草草沖了一下就退房了。。。

Very clean and new hotel. Location is nice with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel is probably the best in Taif given Taif has a limited selection of hotels to choose from. The location of the hotel is excellent. The public areas of the hotel were nice. My hotel room was outdated, small in size, and over-priced. The room itself was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast options felt limited. Lunch options were plenty and the food was good. Hotel staff was friendly from the front-desk, dining, and cleaning. I recommend this hotel to others.
