得知我們是第一次來太湖玩，她特別耐心地拿出紙筆，詳細標註了周邊必去的景點路線、本地特色餐館，甚至貼心提醒了景區最佳遊覽時間和停車注意事項，比做攻略還細緻。期間有其他客人諮詢問題，她也總能及時迴應，態度始終熱情滿滿，沒有一絲懈怠，既專業又暖心，瞬間讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店本身也很出色，位置好、交通便利，大廳裝修氣派又温馨，房間寬敞乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。早餐種類豐富多樣，口味也很地道，能滿足不同人的需求。但不得不説，陳美女的優質服務是這次入住的點睛之筆，有機會再來太湖，一定還選這家酒店！
