Serious problem with counter service training On the day of check-in, it was clear that late check-out would be delayed. It was also clear that 200 yuan per hour was delayed. Nice modern hotel / hostel in the city with nice big kitchen and relaxing area (unfortunately on the 3rd floor, without a room key or the help from reception not able to get there). Room was spacious. Toothbrush, laundry etc. need to pay for it. Got a voucher of 50 ********* dollar to spend at the hotel. Very strict with check out time (11am). Got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out. Free water in the room available. Overall happy with the hotel, room and service.

It is convenient location, walking distance from Tainan train station. The hotel service snack at night by free. It was good, my family ate it as the breakfast next day. As we were three, chose three beds. It was comfy, not bad. Staff were friendly too.

bad hairdryer, local quality towel damp in the room, view is horrible, the water in the shower is either too cold or too hot, no carpet on the floor, loud noise at night. Location and price are good, won’t book again
