We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

Maintenance is bad, bad smell from toilet dewatering drain, the room is smelly! The light in balcony is annoying. The most terrible hotel that i ever had!!

湖景房，帶陽台，空間很大。喜歡洗漱間的貫通式設計。主卧放置的衣架很貼心，衣服終於不用悶在櫃子裏了。手機充電插頭比嵌入式的usb接口更快。早餐豐富，還有自助洗衣，都是很實用的配置。

四星級酒店卻有六星級以上的環保和優質服務！！房間內環境衛生而外面境色優美，烏語花香、空氣非常好就好像住在氧氣吧中，加上未出行前，酒店的鄒經理已跟我聯繫了解需要例如酒店內設施、安排行程、當地天氣、交通.....等直至我離開泰寧，她的確是一位非常盡責和細心照顧每位客人的員工，是我這麼多年來外出旅遊從未遇到的貼心服務體驗喔，離開時仍然是依依不捨的！！ 希望不久再來休息遊玩，非常推薦此酒店給大家。
