Excellent value and in a very central location for public transport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint is bathrooms don't have anywhere to hang items and towels.

雀客旅館台北南京地點非常方便，步行可達捷運站，附近餐飲選擇多。房間雖然不大，但設計簡潔實用，整潔度高。櫃檯人員親切有禮，整體服務讓人感到溫馨。適合短期旅遊或商務住宿，是一間值得推薦的平價旅館。

I was given a room with water leaking problem, which they have a dirty towel next to the bathtub to soak up the moisture. The towel was already molding, which is very concerning. After I was successfully request a change of room. There's no leaking issue, however, there blood stain presented in the room. The ventilation is filled with dust. I have stayed in 3 properly by Check Inn. I could say this is the worst not only by Check Inn group, but as a hotel in general. The overall feeling is horrible.

第一天入住 自助check in說找不到預訂（還有最後有找到當值員工幫忙） 然後，電梯燈壞了，是全黑的狀態，要用iPhone 手電筒才能按樓層 。 房間空調不夠，開多久也是顯示24度，沒辦法調 。 訂房時發了電郵要求延遲退房時間到中午12時（完全明白是視乎情況而定）最後一晚下樓去問，職員還是說不能確定，要我們明早打電話下去再問（一般來說，別的酒店，前一個晚上就知道明天的入住情況，應該也就能確定退房時間的？）

整體環境跟硬體設施都算乾淨整潔，浴缸也洗得很乾淨，覺得很不錯。 因為是自助check in & out所以其實不太需要服務人員幫忙，但服務還是給五顆星，因為櫃檯人員還是會跟你打招呼，應該是在默默關切會不會使用機器，這點還是不錯的。 位置給四顆星星，因為他剛好在兩個捷運站中間，不知道該說好還是不好⋯😂走那邊都一樣遠

フェイスタオルの用意がなかったので、ショックでした。照明のスイッチはあまり効いてなくて、苦労します。 音漏れもありました。

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the property was good, and the hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The facilities provided everything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its great value, friendly staff, and convenient location.

附近有施工 蠻吵的，凌晨有聽到其他住戶唱歌大叫，其他都很好
