地點距離火車站很近，房間有很多螞蟻🐜睡覺前抓了一堆，睡覺時還是被咬了，全身癢的要命！還有蟑螂！床又低又軟上了年紀很難上下床，吹風機都壞了變形吹到把手發燙只能放棄

自助入住很方便和簡易,房東答覆很快,但要先加Line才能聯絡,房間空間大有陽台,可惜下雨天未能享用,樓下有共享空間,有少許自助設施方便旅客是不錯的,如果有自行車借用就更讚啊！

地點離火車站蠻近的，衛生環境乾淨，淋浴設備水壓算強，熱水有夠熱，隔音的部分住單間層，沒什麼影響
個人認為唯一缺點，床超級軟不太習慣，不過因為是木地板，我是直接睡地板上，是間值得二訪的好住所✌️

地點離火車站很近，走路6分鐘左右，租機車也很近走路3分鐘左右，飲食店也很近，走路2分鐘左右，雖然是無人旅店，但是入住的流程通訊很完善，也很容易清楚了解，房內設備看起來新頴也很乾淨，入住不會有什麼問題服務人員也很親切有問必答，有開飲機茶包咖啡包免費暢飲，真的比一般的飯店覺得C P值𨘻高，真的是物超所值，有機會再來台東旅遊會再來住宿。

從台東火車站走路大約10分鐘以，內非常的乾淨，建築物室內的裝潢裝修也都很溫馨新穎，附近沒有商店，會聽到有火車經過的聲音，民宿裡面有提供水，微波爐，冰箱，三合一咖啡和茶包。自助入住，用 Line 和屋主聯繫入住。個人很喜歡這個地方。
