説實話，衞生環境服務設施都很棒，但是為什麼都打了半星，是因為安全。我們在店裡住了兩天，車停在他們的專屬停車場，但是車輛竟然被偷了，監控當天竟然還出問題，視頻調取不出來，在我離開兩天後才告訴我他們修復了，發現是小偷在半夜停車場無差別挨個車輛拉車門偷東西。我想説，如果安全沒法保證，其他做的再好都是零。説實話，全國各地走了很多城市，未鎖車忘關車窗也有很多次，但是被偷這還是第一次。事件發生一週了，除了讓我報警，沒有給我任何其他説法，感覺這個事就是警察的事，和他們關係不大。美侖也算是知名品牌酒店了，真的很失望。大家謹慎選擇吧！

大廳非常上檔次，前台服務也非常好，房間也很大，很乾凈。早餐也特別豐富，也是太原當地特色美食。下次來太原還是繼續入住

房間乾淨衞生，工作人員熱情周到，入住時間比較晚，前台小趙服務態度特別好，忘記帶護理液，還主動提供幫助，入住體驗滿分
