They are very kind enough to upgrade my room with the window. I was surprised by how Zen the whole ambience inside the room and it felt very comfortable sleeping the whole night. I went to wutai shan the following day and they were kind enough to help me keep my luggage. Love their facilities here include free laundry and iron steaming for your clothing which is incredibly helpful. After my trip in Wutaishan, I came back to stay again and enjoy their facilities. Oh btw. There are few wholesale clothing outlets 10 min away from hotel or 2 bus station away. Really perfect for shopping too.
