The service attitude is good and any problems will be solved actively.
However, the management level is insufficient, the hotel operation experience is lacking, and it is immature.
The room design is amateurish, nice to look at but very difficult to use and very impractical. The soundproofing of the windows is also a flaw.
Breakfast is a bit thin compared to well-known chain hotels in the same price range.
If you are not too particular, you can stay here. If you are particular about it, choose a chain hotel with a high score.

I didn't know that the hotel used detergent to wash the bedding. It smelled so bad that I had to take off the quilt cover and make do with the quilt for the whole night.

和朋友來泰州旅遊，定了坡子街對面的鴻途酒店。地理位置很優越，去老街梅園沿着酒店前面鳳城河就能走到，我最愛的泰州早茶離酒店也就400米左右，這點很贊。酒店房間佈局很好，衞生間還做了乾濕分離，床品柔軟舒適，很適合休息。酒店隔音不錯，工作人員服務也是一絕，整體非常滿意的。

首先得誇誇房間，乾淨得讓人住着特別舒心，衞生這塊兒完全沒話説，住得超安心。
然後是服務，工作人員態度也太好了吧，不管是前台辦理入住，還是平時有需求找他們，都特別熱情周到，響應也快，感覺像被細心照顧着一樣。
最方便的是，酒店自帶免費停車場，還在商圈裡，開車來根本不用愁停車問題。而且周邊能玩的地方特別多，不管是想逛街、吃美食還是去景點，都特別方便，地理位置絕了！
總之這次入住體驗超棒，已經列入我的回購清單了～

這次入住鴻塗酒店太驚喜了！房間佈置温馨雅緻，智能設備一應俱全，超大落地窗採光極佳，能俯瞰城市美景。床品親膚透氣，衞浴乾濕分離超乾淨。工作人員主動幫忙提行李、推薦周邊景點，服務細緻入微。早餐現做現吃，熱乎又美味，下次旅行還選這兒！
