The service was good but the room was dusty and I had an allergy and insect bite on my arm due to the towels.

The sanitation in the room is really bad. The floor is like this. It's like it's not cleaned. The front desk service is also average.

The lobby manager Carrie provided warm service. The hotel is very hospitable and greets customers. The environment is also very good. I ordered the hotel's meals. Although the pasta was gone and replaced with butterfly noodles, it tasted very good.
