蠻不錯的一次入住，在國慶尾巴入住，很明顯感受到節假日和非節假日人流量的區別，不過就算很忙的時候，酒店員工也仍然會見面打招呼服務確實挺好的，尤其管家小露那邊，幫我們預約了自助晚餐，還發了我很多攻略，讓我們在酒店裡麪方便了許多，也會認真的推薦可去地，很不錯的一個女生，有機會再來的話一定會提前聯繫她的。

真的是很糟糕的一次入住體驗～
設施：房間空調根本沒用，辦入住後就覺得悶，起初以為是有太陽並剛開空調的原因，但晚上回來後發現根毫無改善，躺下後一直很熱無法睡着，兩點多實在堅持不住打電話給前台問能否派師傅來維修，並問詢是衹有這間房很悶熱還是一個普遍的問題，答覆説確實有些顧客也反映很悶熱，建議幫我換一個房間。但是換去新的房間空調依舊是不能用的，打開之後衹吹風不製冷。協助引導的酒店員工説空調開了也沒用，因為酒店的中央空調還沒有開啟製冷功能。因為再繼續換房也是無用功，於是在新的房間堅持到了早上。打開窗户想有一點自然風，但是窗户沒有紗窗，後來整晚都在被蚊子咬。關了窗户又很悶熱，真的一整晚都很絕望。
衞生：挺乾淨的，沒什麼灰塵。
交通：距離市區很遠，若不是因為市區已經完全訂不到房間了，肯定不會考慮來這邊住宿。打車也不好打，因為周邊是山和湖，投放的運力不夠。最好的到達方式應該是自駕。
環境：酒店走廊裏還有很濃的裝修氣味，但是房間裏會有空氣凈化器，所以房間內氣味沒有走廊重。
服務：服務還算正常，接線員工和換房員工都很和善，已在自己能力範圍內儘量協助解決問題。
問題：最大的bug就是由於鳳凰傳奇台州演唱會，全酒店滿房了，但在這樣滿房的情況下，居然中央空調都沒有開啟製冷，不明白酒店為什麼會有這樣的決策。是為了節約電費亦或是其他考慮。

酒店在台州郊區，環境很好。
優點：第一肯定是服務員非常熱情，見面都會打招呼。服務也不錯。硬件設施都不錯。新酒店嘛，泳池很大，可惜是來玩的，台州轉一天下來也沒力氣游泳。如果專程來度假可惜帶泳衣👙。 酒店內部就可以帶小朋友玩一天。有泳池，有小沙灘。早飯也可圈可點，除了五星酒店常有的類型外，基本當地小吃都有，味道也很好。
缺點是離市區比較遠，附近沒有飯館，沒有便利店，適合自駕遊。還有就是蚊子有點多。一定要注意不要開窗户。

過年自駕行程中最滿意的酒店！！
酒店本身環境很舒服，臨湖。裝修也特別有特色，一處一景，每一個角落的佈置都很用心。早餐也很不錯，品種很多，也很好吃。
最值得一提的是酒店工作人員的服務！每個人都笑臉相迎，主動搬運行李。
而特別要提的是張婷婷小姐姐管家級別的熱情服務！
在入住之前小姐姐就添加了微信，詢問清楚了我們的預訂情況。在得知我們預訂了四間房以後，主動協調，幫我們把四個房間安排在了一起，還免費升級成了湖景房！推開窗就能看到美麗的湖景。
更貼心的是，小姐姐還主動詢問我們是否需要補充mini bar，得知我們下午2點要出門後，更是準時將下午茶打包好送到了房間，讓我們能夠安心出行，不用擔心錯過酒店的下午茶。
退房前小姐姐還幫忙準備了小禮物～ 雖然沒有拿上，但還是非常感動。
這回出行前把腳傷了，沒爬上天台上。但已經計劃好等天氣暖和，腳養好了，再來體驗一次，順便彌補這回沒上天台上的遺憾哈哈。

在飛龍山莊酒店的住宿體驗讓我印象深刻，NA嬌嬌服務周到還幫忙拿行李送我們到房間。酒店配套設施齊全，休閑 餐飲、娛樂一應俱全。房間內部設施很棒，電視還可以投屏網速也很快，很多電影都可以看。總之，這次入住體驗讓我感受到了温馨，酒店的各項設施和服務都很棒。

春節期間去的，説實話，超出預想非常好！酒店就在飛龍湖的邊上，有很大的獨享空間和室外泳池。服務人員非常熱情，主動幫着把行李拿到房間。屋子打掃很乾凈，洗漱用品很好。自助餐品種很多，游泳池桌球和乒乓球都玩到了。略微遺憾的是，有些客人的素質，園林中亂扔垃圾，沒來得及及時清掃，略扎眼。
總之，非常值得推薦！
