Sea Change Villas

We can highly recommend to stay at Sea Change Villas !!!))) We stayed in appt #2 right on the reef. A beautilful and spacious appt.❤️ The private pool and sundeck were lovely to sunbath and swim as well as snorkling on the reef straight in front of our Villa with the equipment that is complimentary. Paddleboards, Kayaks and snorkling equip.!! Stephanie and the staff were lovely and always happy to help or answer questions. We are already planning our next trip back ))) 10/10 Thankyou Sea Change Villas !!❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely loved our stay. Villa had everything and more than we could ask for. Wish we had booked an extra couple of nights to relax and enjoy the villa. Staff went over and above. Will certainly book to stay here again. The beach is a short walk across the road with use of paddleboards, kayaks was an added bonus.

We stayed as a couple at Seachange Villas in a beachfront villa for 10 nights in May 2025. The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was big and cosy with great views of the beach and lagoon from the very large windows. It was lovely listening to the sound of the waves crashing over the reef in the evening whilst enjoying a drink out on the deck. There was everything we needed to cook and prepare our own food and also a bbq if we needed. The reception staff were always happy to chat and help in many ways including organising a car and airport transfers for us. The house keeping staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They always topped up coffee pods and other essential items when needed. The convenience store was a good 25 minute walk away but there were bicycles to use if needed. The bus stopped right outside but never really ran on time so a car is definitely needed if you want to go exploring or eat out. The view of the lagoon from our villa was amazing. We were literally only steps away from the water and we often spotted turtles swimming past. Although we did get a lot of rainy days, the views certainly made up for it. There was also a washing machine and dryer and numerous masks, snorkels and flippers to use. There were also Kayaks and SUPs It was a very quiet, peaceful and private location. The lagoon itself was great for swimming or snorkeling (we did see turtles) and very safe. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend Seachange Villas. Thanks Stephanie for a lovely stay. We hope to come back again one day.

Our Villa was great, with a good selection of 'goodies' suppĺied to start our stay off with, plus our own private pool. Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga, except for the weather unfortunately. Lovely & warm but we did have unseasonal rain every day!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Change Villas for 5 days of our Honeymoon in Roratonga! We absolutely LOVED it and will be going back. Everyone who works at the Sea Change Villas was absolutely lovely and helpful, they really made our honeymoon a 5 star experience. The location is great and quick to get to Muri Beach or downtown. The beach is lovely there, we stayed beach side but they keep the beach gear stocked and the walk across the street is so short if you decide to stay non beach front. The villa itself had all the amenities you could need, clean and comfortable! THANK YOU to Stephanie, Marilyn and the rest of the sea change team, you are all AMAZING!
