The hotel is well located, the room is very clean and has a great fragrance. The room cleaner Boom and the security guy(Tu) are very helpful and have a very good service mind. The breakfast is not too many options for vegetarian food.

I don't understand why the hotel has only 4 stars, it has absolutely all the amenities that are provided in 5 stars. the rooms on the mountain are very well located - you only need to walk a couple of minutes and you will already be on the beach and at the restaurant. the main street with cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk away. the beach at the hotel is in the shade, for sunbathing you need to go to the sun beds by the pool. the only thing that bothered me was the ants (I was tired of constant tickling in the restaurant and on the beach..They don't bite, but they're pretty nerve-wracking.

Had bugs in the bathroom but informed staff and they sorted straight away. But had cockroach in the bedroom a couple of the mornings we were there for. Spacious and luxurious stay.

Overall, we liked the hotel. Lots of greenery, the beach is picturesque, although not very swimmable - lots of rocks. We walked towards another hotel, 200 meters to the left. The room is good, only the air conditioner hangs poorly - it blows on the bed.

For me, the hotel is 5 stars, no less. The pools are very clean. The breakfasts are delicious. The territory is very quiet, well-kept. The views are impressive. Monitor lizards on the territory. The staff is very helpful, kind. The girl who did the check-in is beyond praise, the first time we met such)) we send her a huge greeting and words of gratitude. They gave us a much better room than we booked without additional charges. It's a pity that we didn't stay long in this wonderful place
