"I requested to get the best view of the taal lake and they gave us the best room, it was perfect! It has a spacious balcony and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel is located off the main road secluded on a hilltop which makes it quiet and private, perfect if you're seeking for a peaceful stay. Wifi is patchy inside the room but I don't mind, and besides may tv/netflix naman kaya it's fine. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Foods were quite limited but they were good lalo na yung bulalo and kare kare. We had our dinner inside the room, para quality time na rin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back."

"Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal."

"The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back"

"It was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too."

"The biggest advantage is that housing prices are cheap. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear the sounds of cars outside, and the air conditioner is noisy. It is recommended to wear earplugs. There is no drinking water provided and there are no chairs in the room. If you use Google Maps to navigate, remember to enter Club Balai Isabel."

"We enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. "The place is very convenient. Located just before Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay Road coming from Manila. Budget friendly too of you are looking for a quick overnight stay. Wifi is good, fast and very reliable available 24/7. The place is situated near on almost all the beautiful places in Tagaytay and nearby Batangas and Cavite. We have a great stay. "Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again."
