InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Lauderdale FL

Hello, I went to your site to rent me a room in a hotel in fort lauderdale from February 18 to 25, 2023. When I chose the hotel, I was redirected to their site, the Intown Suites Extended Stay has Tamarac Fort Lauderdale and I unfortunately didn't notice that I was renting direct from the hotel and not going through Trivago.I had to stay the night of the 18th because I had nowhere else to go that night, the couch and chairs were so dirty I didn't even put my suitcase on them, the bed, the mattress was at least 30 years old and completely finished with finished springs that made noise when I sat on the bed, I tried to sleep the night of the 18th but i couldn't and i hurt my back trying i even had to go see a chiropractor after the night i was in that bed they had a kitchen but not even a glass and a single roll of toilet paper for the week, no soap, no shampoo, nothing., there was not a single hanger. i tried to cancel the rest of the week the next morning but the office was closed and i tried to call no answer as the general manager was not working i left 3 emails and i didn't received response before today Feb 28th, On your website it says: Hotel Rentals newly remodeled weeklies in Fort Lauderdale, come check out our amazing premium rooms, featuring ridiculously large kitchens, shiny new appliances, and plenty of cabinetry. We've also added premium TV channels, built-in closets, bathroom vanities and more. In reality there is none of that, it's an old dirty room, not renovated, not clean and the front door does not close completely, I could see outside even with the door closed and locked. Under no circumstances should they use the words premium and renovate.I know now that I made a mistake by not going through ******* directly but I hadn't noticed at the time that I had been redirected to their site. I want you to remove their ad from your site so that another vacationer does not suffer the same horror that I had to suffer by having to rent me another room in another hotel to continue my vacation in addition to having back pain all week because of the bed this place. So I had to pay 2 weeks of hotel for the same week because they are not honest in their announcement. It was horrible, the sofa and the chairs were dirty and stained with I don't know what, I didn't even want to touch them. This place should not be one of your choices. This is the first time that I take the time to complain because it was horrible
