University Serenity Suites

Avoid yourself a headache and book somewhere else. There were absolutely no towels, neither body or hand towels. One of the smoke alarms was beeping, and needed new batteries. The shower did not work, water would only came out from the tub spout. They advertise 24/7 front desk but when you call them they just hang up. I texted with someone, told them about the towels, and alarm but they never answered back. No extra linens, bed sheets or blankets.

Issues Drove through a run down community. Pulled into parking lots and we were the only car there. Looked through the window and there was a sectional and a twin mattress without any bedding. No entrance code was given to us and no one to help us out. Didn’t stay. Felt unsafe.

AMAZING Amazing! very attentive and responsive. The place was beautiful and clean! Will definitely be booking again!!

Nightmare The unit was dirty. And not cleaned after previous stay. There was no water in the unit the entire day. At 5am Some one came and tried to open my unit door. Over all stay was horrible and I would not book again nor recommend it to anyone.

I really am disappointed. The first night I arrived my key code that I was provided did not work. I called both numbers and the after hours number that was provided to me. The next morning I got in touch with someone and she provided mw with another code. It worked, the maintenance man came to show us how to work the shower and we talked about the door he checked and and stated it was broke and that’s why we were not able to get in the night before. He stated he would advise the owner of this and I would be reimbursed for that first night. The bedding was dirty the floors were visibly dirty, the towels they put out and had hanging in the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty. So I had to spend 200 to get a room that first night at a hotel. Then had to spend more money to get bedding the rest of the days there plus cleaning supplies. The couch as so dirty didn’t even sit on it and there were tiny little bugs in the table and all along the baseboard. Not to mention I had to buy chairs to sit in and leave them because I couldn’t bring them back on the plane I had to get new shower curtains. Not to mention I had three kids with me. I did not feel safe there was a back door with little locks a front door anyone could have had the code to and rats are and raccoons just hanging out in the front. The advertising showed a completely different place that I was provided it showed nice rooms that were clean a laundry area which was all false. No one has got back to me yet about my refund.

Difficult to know since the location of my stay was changed at the last minute—to a sketchier place. I was not given enough information to access a room, so for both this reasons, I didn’t stay at that second location
