Food was good, coffee was good, pretty scenery, upkeep on bathroom was terrible, shower door was broken, tub was broken and was the reason i got room, light switch face plate gone, sliders on sliding glass door broken, window on door bearing end glass sharp, some windows couldnt open, no kettle, no microwave, no phone for room services overall odd

The resort has a scenic location, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The rooms and villas are built on steep slopes, which made getting around quite tiring—especially with no golf carts or shuttles provided, despite how large the property is. We stayed in a cliffside room that was very dated. While the AC unit seemed fairly new and towels were provided, the bathroom was poorly maintained. The shower head barely had any water coming out, and the water heater was just for show—it wasn’t even connected or powered. Another major issue was the outdoor dining area, which was constantly swarming with flies. It was nearly impossible to enjoy a meal without flies landing on or buzzing around your food. The natural beauty of the location has potential, but the resort really needs upgrades, better maintenance, and more attention to guest comfort.

Home away from home…Everything from reservation to check out went very smoothly…Shout out for Lalin and Angie…great customer service, communicates well, great listening skills…..Great venue for families….Inexpensive, clean, great service…..restaurant can be very busy esp if there are conferences….

Place is good, have a beautiful view. The food are delicious. The only problem is the room looks old and worst is the area it’s full of flies. I still remember when I ordered coffee, flies dive into it….. it’s more than hundred of flies eating and drinking with us.

The resort is great for teambuildibg. It has 2 pools and many room accomodation. It may be difficult for elderly and pwd to walk around as it is uphill and lot of stairs. It is very difficult to make reservation bec no one is answering the phone calls. Messenges thru fb messenger also takes few days before they reply.

It such a worst experienced with my family …. When we arrived and paid our entrance fee and cottage as recommended by them only , Naku singilin ba nman kami ng food corkage fee 250 per head na never Nila ni inform ng tumawag kami ang Sabi lng first come first serve Kaya natutulog pa mga staff nandun na kami ng 6am Wala kami choice kasi ang layo ng nilakbay nmin just to reach in rizal … and the Staff don’t care about the customer sungit pa , and the worst is we never enjoy the pool as we need to stay in the main pool cottage na declare is for 15 person Pero in reality good for 7 person lng sa Sobrang liit … as I said we stay in the cottage just to make sure food is safe kasi sa Sobrang Dami ng langaw as in Kala ko nasa basurahan kami naka stay sa Dami ng langaw … nanghiram kami ng fan just to lessen the flies Pero ang sagot smin is ginagamit daw Lahat .. diba kakainis Pero ung isang cleaner staff ang nagsabi samin na Meron extra fan Sabi nman nmin is babayran nmin Pero deadma. And guest what Lahat ng amenities Lahat need bayaran Kahit simple maze and ung motorbike my God gold mahal pa sa dubai na my dune bashing . 😆 ultimo mo pag laro ng basketball my bayad 200 in other words pera pera tlga … ang ang toilet May GOD ang dumi at mabaho Wala yta naglilinis … over all we will never ever visit this place again and will never recommend …. Expensive and not worth it …
