房間簡單但是整潔，每次我來接孩子放學都住這裏，出門2-3分鐘就是火車站和公交站，很方便！ 下次還得來！

The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.

We arrived on Thursday afternoon and asked if we could pay by cash and told no card only, which is not true as the notice on the wall said we could but just needed id, so we had to pay by card. The rooms were roasting hot, no aircon only a fan. We also asked if we had to book for dinner, the young man behind the counter said no, just come down when you are ready. We came to the restaurant and waited to be seated. The same young man said no please choose a table. We read through the menu and made our choices. Went to the counter to order to be told, we only have pie, mash, pizza and chips. Apparently it was because they had a very busy weekend and awaiting delivery the following day. We said but today is Thursday. At no time did anyone say there was hardly any food. We then had to get the 2 disabled lady's that were in our party to a near by restaurant, so we could have dinner. We did complain to the manager the next morning, and got an apology. We will not be staying there ever again.
