"This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town.
This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent."

"I recently stayed at Pestana Tanger and had a fantastic experience! The room was immaculately clean with a modern, stylish design that felt welcoming and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to explore Tangier and beyond. "There's no elevator, and the rooms are on the 4th floor.
I was pleased to find a robe, though only one.
The windows are a bit of a pain: only one in the kitchen area, which is flush with the building's wall. If you open them, the smell of cooking from the street comes through. You can't see the street.
It was fine for one night, the renovations are new.
There's a nice mirror in the room, perfect for putting on makeup."

"It is totally over expected. I can feel that the staff in this hotel really want the guests to have a great experience rather than executing specific procedures of how a hotel runs. And they made it. They let me have an quite impressive journey in Morocco. Thanks for everyone here and also for the great food."

"Really pleased with the apartment. Bright airy and very clean. This ia a new hotel and the service has been excellent. Taufiq at reception has been really hospitable and provided a great service. We had a slight issue with the shower which he had resolved straight away. The beach is nearby aswell as the city centre. The old town area is a 40 minute walk. Nice breakfast available with plenty of places to eat nearby."

"This has been the most welcoming and accommodating hotel stay I have ever had. They helped organize my transfers, sat and chat with me about the history of tangier. They made me feel like I was visiting an old friend. The room was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, Moroccan tea ad well as Moroccan crepes with soft cheese, eggs and bread. It was absolutely wonderful"

"OMG such a Amazing hotel, from the moment you walk to get in, you will be friendly greeted by a security, good and fast check in, nice clean rooms!! And the staff so nice and friendly.. shout out to the wonderful frontdesk lady on 30-11-2024 that helped me a lot, and at the restaurant the wonderful Ali and the amazing cheff that cooked such an amazing Moroccan dish.."

We asked for shampoo and shower gel as it was empty. This was not topped up. We asked again it was not done. We had to ask again the next day and made sure the housekeeper got it.
This is thenonly negative otherwise the hotel is great."

GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question.

CCherryzhuzhudelvchengThe reason why I booked Hilton Hotel is because of its location. It is just opposite the train station and can be reached by crossing the road. It is a great choice for travelers who are dragging luggage without taking a taxi! The hotel has complete hardware facilities. The breakfast restaurant on the 15th floor with sea view is really great. The waiters are very enthusiastic and will serve you coffee and water. It is a good start to the day to have breakfast while looking at the coastline! The hotel is also very clean, and the waiters are very friendly and responsive! There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are KFC, Pizza Hut and other restaurants on the top floor! It is ten minutes away from the beach. It is nice to walk around after a meal to digest the food!

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

SSteve101Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
