Just a weekend get a way for our 40th anniversary! We originally booked this cozy cottage, but was surprised at an upgrade to one of their new private cottages as a gift for our anniversary! Jeff and Christie were so nice and made our stay much more than they had to. We had everything we needed and added a few things for the next guest as our little thank you! Friendly host, clean, private, quiet, close to just about anything you may want or need! What more could you ask for?

Peaceful, relaxing and very clean We went to Louisiana for my daughters all stars. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel all week. We chose this property as it looked like a great place and had a grill. We loved everything about the property. The river, the cleanliness, the ac, the beds, and the fact that we had our privacy and could grill on the deck. The couple are amazing hosts! Definitely recommend this place.

Great space, wonderful hosts and Flash! Awesome space, nice and quiet. Used it as a place for my groomsmen to get ready for the wedding and it was the perfect size. Just close enough to the interstate/city but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. What made the entire stay was the best bell boy/greeter, Flash! 10/10 recommend for a nice, secluded stay.

Unique experience It was really awesome to stay right on the river! Visiting family in Hammond LA but didn’t really want the hotel experience and this gave us the feel of having a little home to stay in and feel like a local.

clean and well stocked with towels etc Beds were comfortable only issue was I couldn’t communicate with owner via vrbo app because I booked thru ******* so i called vrbo direct twice to get info on entry code Other than that place was 5 star

Hidden Gem We chose this property because of it's proximity to a family member's house. It was very well kept and the owners were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
