房間滿意，床很舒服。服務員態度一般，不熱情。健身房、泳池、小童樂園啥啥沒有，要5個衣架送來倆，沒有塑料袋。晚上7點入住，第二天七點半的或車，本想問問能否延遲退房，鑰匙上寫的不能延退，超過幾點扣半天房費，超過六點扣全天，也是沒誰了，不太喜歡這個酒店。早上吃飯種類不多，客人還沒用完餐，服務員端着飯碗坐邊上吃上了，也不太正規了。對不起600多的房價。

⭕優點:湯旺最好的酒店了，實木佈置有特色很喜歡，兩張1.8米大床能滿足2拖2，樓下有極品超市和生活超市，買東西方便，早餐到10點滿足需要睡懶覺的，另外瓶裝水管夠。位置距離湯旺石林景區車程10分鐘。
❌缺點:景觀房隔音不好，洗澡熱水讓人捉急，水流不穩定且不能連續兩個人洗澡，早餐餐具油膩不乾淨。

房間夠大，預訂的價高景觀房，優點是確實能看見對面的綠水青山，缺點是不是壁掛空調，製冷機是一台小櫃機，風管對着窗外，噪音特別大，晚上關機開窗户睡的。非景觀房沒有這個問題。酒店接待旅行團較多，怕熱鬧的慎重。

房間和官方照片嚴重不符，看中景色才定的這個酒店。特意看了內景房都有標註窗户在過道，家庭房並未標註，且官方圖片也是山景，結果8百多一晚的酒店窗外就是這樣。問了工作人員，回覆那個照片就是不準的。房間也完全不隔音，早上6點就被吵醒。想訂房的還是要看好，太差了。

房間燈光太暗了，窗簾遮光一般，五點多房間就亮了，睡眠不好的需要眼罩。
洗澡費勁，因為是熱水器，倆人不能前後挨着洗，得相隔半天，長頭髮得趕緊洗。
有一間房的抽紙入住的時候發現都這樣了還放着沒給換新。
晚上酒店門口挺熱鬧。

很喜歡門鎖，孩子都沒見過這種鎖，很懷舊。
環境不錯，木質結構有特色，服務也很好！服務員很熱情周到，還送了早餐券，晚餐在酒店餐廳點菜吃的，味道不錯。
但是衞生細節有待加強，衞生間口杯出有頭髮，床頭縫裡有瓜子皮，吃飯的時候菜裏有頭髮。估計也就來一次湯旺，很喜歡這裏，希望更好！

地理位置還不錯，首先要感謝酒店給我免費升級了房型，原來是內景窗，升級成了外景窗，👍🏿，不過房間裏沒有空調，雖然晚上室外温度不高，但沒有空調讓我這個南方人有些不適應，還有就是酒店的廁所門關不上，有些許的失望，總的來説還是不錯的

第一次住沒空調的酒店有可能是東北特色，夏天的東三省還是蠻熱的，怕熱的同志要慎重選擇，酒店的衞生間有點反味，看到前台好多去要求換房的，酒店的裝修還是蠻有特色的，湯旺地方不錯比伊春市區乾淨好多了。
