"A fantastic holiday in the most delightful area of Taormina Bay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was great. Whatever went to the restaurant morning or evening we were always meet with a warm welcome. All Franco Ransazz staff whatever it was in the reception, R”Luka & Guiceppe in the cafe or Fabion or Giobanna at the swimming pools everyone was just great. Not to mention the daily cleaning at the rooms was just perfect. Guys we look forward to seeing you again. Once again thanks for a lovely stay at Baia Taormina. Best wishes Malene and Per Wodskou"

"There was no sunshine on the first day, so I didn’t feel anything. It was not until the sun came out on the second day that I realized the beauty of the room. The hotel service is good, breakfast is ordered and the quality is good. But dinner must be booked in advance, otherwise you won’t be able to eat it. The drinks bar is free but there is no coffee machine. The bathroom facilities and size are good 👍 and it is comfortable to use. If you are an elderly or disabled person, please note that the hotel is in the old town and cars cannot enter. You have to climb a high flight of stairs to get to the hotel. The staff will help you carry your luggage, so don't worry."

"I have just returned from a week's stay in the Villa Bianca hotel,while I understand some of the negative reviews I do not agree that it is a 'terrible' place to stay, yes it's is quite antiquated (so are the majority of hotels in this region)but it is clean and comfortable. The lift does not go right up to the rooms at the top of the hotel and there are some quirky steps to climb but the pay off for having one of these rooms is the stunning views and they are amazing. Unfortunately the hotel has no pool but the sister hotel is only a short walk away(minutes) and you can use their lovely roof pool. The continental breakfast was good with a good selection of cereal,cold meats ,fruit and pastries. While we were there we found the staff friendly and accommodating. All in all we had a lovely stay(all 7 of us) and I would recommend staying here."

"Goethe once said that without Sicily, the soul of Italy would cease to exist. It is the key to everything. Taormina is also the most beautiful place in Sicily. Although there are many tourists, you can still find a quiet corner at the Palazzo Vecchio. The hotel is a small boutique hotel built on a hillside. The rooms are large and face the sea. The toiletries are from the Spanish brand Etro. Breakfast is à la carte; the omelet is delicious. The hotel staff are very welcoming."
