Way More Than a 3-Star – A Fantastic Family & Fitness Holiday! Well, what can I say? This may be listed as a 3-star hotel, but it definitely deserves a higher rating from us! As a personal trainer, I specifically chose this hotel so our family could take part in the fitness classes – and it didn’t disappoint. While some class times were a bit too hot for us (best to visit in the cooler months if you’re planning to get active), we still loved joining in with yoga, stretch, yin yoga, waterpolo and padel. Padel was a great experience with Laurent and would definitely recommend. The gym was also well-equipped and a great bonus. From the moment we arrived, the lovely Eli made us feel incredibly welcome. She was amazing from start to finish – always greeting us with a smile and checking in to see how we were doing. A small but thoughtful touch was being given pool towels – I just wish we’d known in advance to save some luggage space! Our accommodation was a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a garden view. We were on the top floor with views of the pink platform and even the sea. We had a couple of minor issues with the air con, but they were resolved very quickly, and as a kind gesture, the hotel offered us a complimentary dinner for the four of us – a lovely touch! Speaking of food – it was fantastic! Breakfast had a wide variety to suit the whole family, the salad bar was fresh and plentiful, and the pizzas, bar snacks, and dinner options were great too. Although we booked self-catering, we would have happily gone half-board based on the quality of meals. The pool area was a dream – no need to rush for sunbeds. On our first day, we got chatting with David, the incredibly friendly and hard-working lifeguard. By the end of our stay, we were calling him a friend! He does much more than keep an eye on swimmers – he chats with guests, keeps the area spotless, joins in with aqua zumba, and brings great energy to the place. Watching David and Madelen during the aqua sessions was great fun! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Antonio (a powerhouse of hard work), Enzo, Ani, Rayna, instructors Cristina (guest instructor), Madelen, and Emma – you all made our stay extra special. We even celebrated birthdays while we were there, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for our youngest – such a thoughtful gesture. The sports bar and pitches were great for our football crazy kids. The spar was so handy and had fresh bread in the morning. We did have one unfortunate moment towards the end of the trip with another family whose behaviour was less than pleasant – but of course, that’s no reflection on the hotel or its staff. Everyone else around the pool was lovely, and we made some great connections. Buses are easy to get and cheap. Taxis around 20 Euros to Maspolmas. Easy to venture out. There are also 4 restaurants in the square a few minutes walk away and all were lovely. We had a great day at Aqualan

Overpriced hotel with IKEA furniture : 144 E per night plus 12 E for breakfast ( i never try ).Very noisy room : outside from the GO KART and inside because the gap under the door is huge . The trolleys of the cleaners so noisy ,especially the one for the used towels+ bedsheets . A lot of ants EVERYWHERE inside the room .The reception staff always busy , so never greeting or checking who enters or exit the hotel .Inside the hotel you can rent a bicycle for 60 E per day !!! Breakfast lunch and dinner area always very busy? NOISY , so not relaxed .No clips at the small hanger at the garden , so if it is windy the cloths will fall on the tiles . No fan inside the toilet so all the bad odors remain inside .The existing small grill was painted from a clever painter , so no chance for air. Check in time from 16:00 and check out up to 12:00 , so you have to wait long time in case you arrive early . The mini market SPAR located inside the hotel was so expensive , in compare with the nearby super market Dino. Location is very isolated and about 20 mins from the airport .The parking was full of broken glasses and is dangerous plus can destroy tires. nearby beach is not so bad , but prepare to lay down on big stones . Room was clean . I have no idea how much they charge the sports , but surely you have to pay a lot. Positive that they have private parking . Next time i will stay at Vecindario.

We had 14 days at the resort. We loved all aktivities and training at the hotel. And as a Family at 5 we had many possibilities. Like padel, football, wateractivities. Many good options in the buffer aswell. Nice with healthy options
