رد من مكان الإقامة: Andrew following a full investigation of your claims above (which are absolutely false by the way), by our company Directors, it has been discovered you have been responsible for the bullying and harassment of our staff, chefs and management team on many occasions - this is supported by an overwhelming amount of video evidence, staff and customer testimonials. The fact that your conduct resulted in the termination of your employment by your employer further supports the seriousness of your unacceptable behaviour. Thankfully you are no longer a guest of Geraldton Motor Inn and you are certainly not ever welcome to return. Your 1 star review on this public platform unfortunately speaks to your own character and integrity. We will of course now report you to Tripadvisor for your continued bullying and harassment of our business and incredibly hard-working team at Geraldton Motor Inn.

Our reception office/accommodation bookings close at 5pm every day and our phones are then redirected to Tarcoola Tavern-Bar-Bistro for restaurant reservations and takeaway orders after 5 pm, and upon our review of the situation, I believe this is where the confusion came from. A new member of our food & beverage team in the Tavern tried to assist you over the phone which led to miscommunications with our Bottlemart team so they were unaware you were arriving later in the evening. Following your interaction with the Bottlemart staff, the General Manager was then called and offered to assist with an after hours accommodation booking, but you had already left before he could help you with your accommodation. This brings to our attention that we must provide more after hours accommodation request training to our Tavern and Bottlemart staff so the process runs more effectively for our customers, so we appreciate your feedback and hope to use it constructively and welcome you another time. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
