"Excellent stay at this cute little place. Loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast, location, and scenic views. You can't beat this place for the price. It's also so close (within walking distance) to the Tasch railway station and parking is free. They even let me park for 3-4 hours for free after checking out while I visited Zermatt. The front desk girl (I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful giving me some great tips while I visited Zermatt. Wonderful experience overall."

"It was a pleasant stay overall with a nice view, quiet room, and clean facility, except for the broken shower head. We informed them immediately, but the hotel told us that it would be fixed on the next day."

"Very amazed by the level of automation in the hotel! Check-in was seamless even though it was just an iPad. We needed to pay a tourist tax via an online link prior to arrival but we were abit wary given the number of online scams nowadays - perhaps it’ll be better to charge everything up front? There was free coffee available as well, which was a huge plus. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, sufficiently big, had a balcony, comfortable bed. One of the staff (a guy) allowed us to put our luggage in the room early even though we could only encode our card after 3pm. He even helped us make a reservation at Du Pont as we didn’t have a Swiss number, thanks very much! The hotel is a 10min walk from the main train station, though there are free buses which can shorten the journey. We just walked as it was faster. We were in Swiss for 2 weeks and this hotel is definitely the best accommodation we had - for a very good price as well!"

"Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room."

"It was a relatively temporary itinerary, but the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from the train station (you need to notify the arrival in advance), it takes about 2-3 minutes (only 7-10 minutes to walk), the location is really great. The balcony of the room is also incredibly beautiful, and you can see the mountain view when you open the window. The room is large and the configuration in the room is also very good (remember to get your toothbrush from the front desk). There is also a spa, sauna, etc. downstairs, as well as a restaurant. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good! The staff are very welcoming and patient. Highly recommended! High cost performance"

"The hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland these days. The first day I came to Zermatt was snowy and I went up the mountain but didn’t see the Matterhorn. Unexpectedly, I saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the hotel balcony the next morning. so lucky Hotel service is very good There are outdoor hot springs, etc. I don’t know if it’s because of my diamond membership. They upgraded me to a room upstairs. Very good. Thank you."

There is breakfast🍳delicious🤤 It feels very comfortable and the bathroom 🛀 is so big Although the location of the room cannot see the Matterhorn, the snow view is pretty good👍🏻 There are supermarkets nearby and it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk🚶 It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center and the train station🚄 Environmental hygiene, worth choosing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"We arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay."
