酒店很新，配套很差，電視看不了，修了半天修不好，服務員來了轉一圈沒弄好就不來了，半夜熱醒，空調打半天涼，打電話問前台講，沒有冷氣沒有熱風。等於沒空調，還有不知道什麼蟲子叮了疙瘩，感覺真對不起這個價格，要啥沒有啥

房內 wifi 接收極差，房門要超大力才能關上，就算維收後都要用力關上。房門外不停發出滋擾聲音，因其他住客離開時未能自動關上門，酒店職員沒有好好處理。朋友房間會送上果盤，但我地並沒有收到，大家均是訂同一房型，酒店對客人有不公平待遇。酒店附近沒有餐飲

房間寬敞舒適，是全季一貫的風格。製氧機和加濕器都很好用，孩子沒有感覺到任何不適。一樓有售賣氧氣瓶，非常方便，質量挺好。還可以租或買維吾爾族服裝，太好看了，忍不住買了兩套，價格也非常合理。

酒店的房間很大，乾淨衞生，設計很棒，環境一般，周邊商家較少。
酒店的前台服務員和保安很棒，服務熱情周到。有求必應，對他們表示感謝。
早餐非常的豐富，值得點贊。
院裏的停車場較大，停車方便。
酒店服務員，還給房間送水果，酸奶。非常的温馨。
下面我提幾條建議，這也是我沒有給酒店打滿分。第一條、酒店的殘疾人通道修的不好，坡道太陡，殘疾人的輪椅根本上不去，不知道當時酒店是怎麼通過驗收的？
第二條、酒店內的氣味太大，不知道是裝修的氣味，還是什麼原因。
第三條、全季酒店是一所星級酒店，早餐廳裏的牙簽用完了，歺廳裏沒有備貨。衹能不好意思。我認為做為星級酒店應更上一層樓。

房間挺大，水壓很好。陽台看出去就是濕地美景，可以盡情欣賞。室內設施齊全，打掃得乾淨，兩個人住得非常舒服。從慕士塔格峯下來有點高反，酒店服務很棒，給送了氧氣吸管，配上房裡的吸氧機，大大緩解高反的不適。早餐也很豐盛，自製的酸奶口味挺獨特。

服務態度特別好，非常滿意的一次入住，房間乾淨舒適，設備齊全，因為在高原房間也配備了氧氣設施，非常貼心，早餐味道很好，種類很多，是我住過早餐品種最多的全季了，在酒店就能看到金草灘，nice！

服務熱情，入住4樓剛出電梯就遇到酒店男工作人員尼亞茲主動幫我們拿行李，幫我們開製氧機，幫我們協調不清楚的問題，在此表示衷心感謝.

塔縣新開的全季 前台特別好還給升房了 是5.0最新款的全季 房間超級大 景觀也不錯 還有製氧機 工作人員特別熱情 不會安製氧機的管子他們還幫忙安裝 如果來塔縣 一定要住這家！！！！！！！而且老闆是東北的老鄉哈哈哈哈 更推薦了
