Tui Blue Suite Princess - Adults Only

Third visit to the hotel, outstanding food, paid the extra to stay in room of our choice, 6017 and small amount to keep the room on extra 2 hours, The Staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and it was, just upset by unfortunate indecent on last day, my wife was taken ill on last day four hours before leaving the Hotel, even though I’d Paid for two hours extra stay, the man at reception refused to have compassion about my wife’s illness knowing I had to take her for treatment at a long distance Hospital, and would not extend an extra 2 hours, to give us chance to get back and pack to go, I stood at reception and watched the Rep beg him for Compassion, but no way would he Listen, knowing how helpful the rest of the Staff were, it Spoilt my week there, it’s nice to be important, but more important to be nice, Just hope he reads this and understands people have long memory’s and talk to others on their return, I swear my explanation of these facts to be correct,( Harvey ) Ask the very helpful Rep

Beautiful hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms have sea views which are stunning. I will be returning in May for another break away.

He pasado 11 días en este hotel y voy a comentar primero lo positivo de mi estancia, es un hotel muy tranquilo con gente bastante educada, excepto un grupito numeroso que dio la nota sobre todo los primeros días y que desentonaban bastante con el ambiente relajado y educado del hotel, las vistas desde las habitaciones son increíbles y el personal del hotel es encantador, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar, he pasado 11 días de relax que es lo que necesitaba, si buscas ambiente no es tu hotel, esta aislado ya que alrededor no hay mas que algunas tiendas con precios desorbitados, y el pueblo mas cercano Mogan esta a 25 euros en taxi o tienes que coger dos autobuses públicos, El hotel tiene un autobús de cortesía pero solo sale a las 9.30 de la mañana y vuelve a las 12, ningún autobús por la tarde. La playa esta justo al lado del hotel, y tienes acceso directo una playa pequeña pero tranquila. Los puntos negativos para mi son que es un hotel muy enfocado al turismo ingles y alemán, dentro del hotel no conseguí una sola excursión por la isla en español así que me tuve que apuntar a una donde se hablaba ingles y alemán, español Not found. La comida me ha resultado bastante repetitiva le faltaba algo de variedad y mas cocina mediterránea que para eso estamos en España, los horarios mas de lo mismo muy enfocado al turismo extranjero, el desayuno no esta mal porque después de 10 a 11 tienes un desayuno continental, la comida a medio día bastante fojita ya que la comida en vivo solo es de 1 a 15 pero un día fui a las14.30 y ya estaba cerrada la barbacoa . La cena quizás lo mejor pero a las 9.30 terminaba y a las 9 ya estaban recogiendo y no reponían. En España que menos que poder cenar en verano hasta las 10. Personalmente tuve problemas con la asignación de la habitación, para empezar reserve una habitación junior suite Deluxe porque quería tener un espacio de salón y terraza con hamacas, solo hice una petición que fuera una habitación tranquila, cuando llegue me habían asignado la habitación 7030, nada mas subir y verla baje a recepción a pedir cambio, la habitación era pequeña, nada mas entrar una cama y salón inexistente no se parecía en absoluto a las fotos de las junior suite deluxe de la web, la terraza mas de lo mismo enana solo había una mesa pequeña y dos sillas, hamacas no tenia y para terminar estaba justo pegada al parque de toboganes con la música todo el día. Pregunte en recepción si tenían habitaciones de jardín que no me importaba pagar mas y me dieron la 105, una habitación perfecta sino fuera porque además de estar yo alojada había alguien mas en el baño, no se si un nido de cucarachas u otro animalito nunca lo vi gracias a dios pero cada vez que entraba en el baño tenia el lavabo lleno de cagaditas negras (adjunto foto) la primera noche a las 3 de la mañana el lavabo estaba llenito, yo tonta de mi pensé que eran mosquitos abrí el grifo y volví a la cama :(. This is the fifth time this year (2025) that I had been to TUi Blue suite. The hotel deserves the 4 stars. Very friendly staf, delicious food, not to forget the big suite overlooking the pool and the sea.

What an amazing experience. From the cleaning team/ reception/hospitalility team, so friendly and helpful. First time visiting an adult's only hotel. Bar staff are lovely, always topping up your drinks, and they remember what you are drinking x Our TUI rep is lovely too. Staff are friendly, helpful. The food has been fanastic, good to see canarian food on offer. The entertainment was good. Right on the beach front too. Brought some lovely dresses in the hotel boutique, anazing - as packed wrong clothes. Very friendly owner, really supportive. I am sure we will be back. X x

Firstly, i wouldn’t rate this hotel 4* at all. Cons* We stayed in a standard room for reference. -Aircon was shocking, hardly kept the room cool. -the shower had no pressure -food was very repetitive and they couldn’t have gotten a worse cut of meat!! so fatty in every meal!! -the umbrellas around the pool, only a few were able to move, they weren’t adjustable so when we put them up they didn’t even shade us. -only a few new umbrellas that were adjustable however they were stuck in the ground meaning we couldn’t be covered by the sun as the day goes on. -had to sit down for every meal and couldn’t take it to the sun beds. -Wasn’t a lot of different food options was very much the same food and not a variety. pros* -Tui reps were very accommodating and answered any questions. -daytime activities were great by the reps -evening entertainment was very good, something different every night. -Drink options were very good for AI without the use of premium and cocktails included. -Drink service by the staff were very attentive and came round asking if you would like a drink. -Cider as an option if you don’t fancy beer, spirits or cocktails. -close to the beach -transport good -shop in the hotel overall, i wouldn’t go here again especially for the price we paid.
