just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday with my husband Staff - they work so hard, and always with a smile on their face and happy to help - no complaints about the staff at all - just to mention a few Jackie (TUI Rep) Iris (Piano Bar) Daniel (restaurants) gelislly (sunset bar) Elly (fitness team) there were so many more I could mention to Room - we had a deluxe suite, it was lovely, clean and cleaned each day, sunbeds on terrace and table and chairs, welcome water, wine and snacks, robes and sliders, hair dryer, shower gel, hand wash, everything you need, double bed and sofa, TV which we didnt use TUI App - defo use this, its so good, you can see the activities, the entertainments, times etc Entertainment and activities - you can do as much or as little as you like, they dont come around pestering you, its up to you want to do, and you can book via the app, they had all kinds of stuff day and night, silent discos were a big hit, all acts were good and they have didnt acts in different bars Food - we visited the specialist restaurant twice, once free and once paid for it, it didnt disappoint is was amazing. its one price and includes all wine, beer etc - all other food was gorgeous, loads of choice, could have food all day Drinks - most things on the AI - a few that were not, but that was fine with us, aperol , cocktails, prosecco all free so i was happy ha ha Sunbeds - fine plenty to go around and some big ones you could hire if you wanted to GYM - very hot, but decent size Boat trip - was amazing - defo worth it, include paddle boards, snorkelling etc and all food and drink Resort - it is a small resort and to run or walk 5KM you need to loop a bit, loads of water sports on the beach and the beach was a lovely cove, there is a short hike up about the hotels, 2 miles tops, plenty of little shops and bars etc that was nice there is a daily free shuttle bus to Moran - a beautiful resort not far away Transfer - we paid for private transfer and without this it was a long transfer - we also paid for late check out and had the room til 6 pm the day we left overalll I would defo do TUI Blu again

Really lovely hotel, spacious rooms with a lovely view of the sea. Comfortable beds we were here for 10 days and slept well every night. Food was good, plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, once was included in the price then we paid for the luxury dinner, food was delicious and staff very attentive. We visited Puerto De Mogan by bus which the hotel put on every day which is well worth a visit. Entertainment in the hotel was also fab.

This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in for years. Rooms- We stayed in room 3021. Conveniently near a lift. As you enter, a large bathroom is on the left, with a walk-in shower. Hairdryer. Suggest you take your own toiletries, although some are available. The room opens up to a large lounge with settee, wall mounted TV, cupboard with fridge. This leads to a massive balcony fitted with table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. Lovely views. The bedroom area is to the left of the bathroom, with wardrobe, safe and bedside cabinets. The bed is huge and comfy and soft lighting throughout. 2 x 1ltr reusable bottles are provided and there are plenty of water refill spots around the hotel. A small bottle of wine is provided. Kettle and tea, coffee provided. Great air-con. Food- Wow. Breakfast is a feast. Full english, American Style, Continental, all tastes are catered for. And there's a huge choice, including Gluten free dishes, bread, cakes for Coeliacs, and choices for vegetarians and vegans. Don't eat too much though, as at 11am as there is a wide choice of snacks to choose from. Lunch, then more snacks followed by dinner all cater for a variety of allergies, with good quality dishes on offer. Wine, and soft drinks are available. At 11pm sandwiches and cakes are available. Bars- a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks are available, including gluten free beer. There is a poolside bar. Some lovely cocktails are offered in all bars. There is a piano lounge and a sports bar with TV and boxed games available and an entertainment bar. Every night there is entertainment employing a variety acts. Once a week you can book a table at the Culinarium restaurant. Pool- Lovely warm walk-in pool, with a hoist for disabled guests. Aquarobics and games are organised. If you are disabled you can reserve a sunbed for your entire stay. Customer service- Hotel staff in all areas are very professional, friendly, approachable and courteous and make you very welcome. There is a free bus service that takes you to other resorts, although we didn't use it. Surrounding area- I only noticed two other hotels in this quiet resort. A short walk will take you down to the beach where there is a small selection of shops/cafes. Behind the beach is a water park which although noisy is not too intrusive, plus a further selection of shops/cafes. I could nit-pick over trivial matters but wont because they are far outweighed by the facilities this impressive hotel offers. I rate it 4.5 .

Stunning hotel overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunsets. The staff are fantastic. Attentive, cheerful, definitely enjoy their jobs. The food is to die for. So much to choose from. And catering for all tastes. There is a waterpark right next door, but you can hardly hear it. The entertainment at the hotel is a lot of fun. And if you like aquarobics, then the daily season it a must. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want an enjoyable place to stay. It's not in the middle of the nightlife so is ideal if you want the quieter holiday without any children running around.

Third time holidaying at this lovely hotel, and plan to go back at Christmas again. Staff can't do enough for you, food and entertainment is all good.

We have visited this lovely hotel several times, and will continue to use it when we need a holiday to really rest. There is not a lot to do around the resort but you can walk down a path straight onto the beach! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are all really friendly and the restaurant has a good variety of food at each mealtime.

Cannot fault this hotel. Staff are amazing, good choice of food, immaculately clean. Ideally situated for visiting Puerto de Mogán with a free morning shuttle bus. Sun-beds readily available, we were here for 2 weeks and never had an issue even when people reserved them. Lots of local shops and access to the water park. Good restaurants near by should you wish to eat out. Taxis are readily available.

I booked this hotel after seeing a TikTok video specifically recommending it as great for vegan all-inclusive. The room was absolutely lovely, spacious and modern, and the sun loungers on the terrace felt like a luxury. Only downside about the room design was no power outlets by the bed, which should be standard for phone charging in all hotels nowadays. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the recommendation for vegan food wasn’t exactly accurate. The hotel’s website states that vegan food is available on the all-inclusive buffet, but special vegan meals can be made on request. I checked this with reception and they confirmed it, but on both occasions I asked a server in the restaurant about getting a vegan meal, I was fobbed off and directed to the buffet. The buffet did contain vegan options, however the labelling was very inconsistent and at times inaccurate. I saw soup labelled as both vegan and containing milk, a chicken dish labelled vegan, and a supposedly vegan dish which had (non-vegan) cheese on top. There were also lots of dishes I suspected were indeed vegan but were not labelled as such. Every single pasta dish was labelled as containing egg, but didn’t look like fresh pasta (and dried pasta almost never contains egg). On the occasions when I questioned labelling with the servers, they didn’t know or were non-committal (also I was on my holiday and didn’t want to spend the entire time asking what was and wasn’t vegan and causing a fuss). There were hundreds of desserts for non-vegans but absolutely nothing vegan apart from fruit. There was jelly which was labelled vegan but likely contained gelatine so I avoided it due to the other labelling inconsistencies. Suffice to say, I ate a lot of chips (again not labelled vegan) and salad during the 10 days. I don’t want to see another chip for a long time. With each stay you get one trip to the ‘Culinarium’, the a la carte restaurant. This was easily the worst meal of our time there. There was one (cold) vegan starter option, one main and one dessert. The starter was a garlicky gazpacho with mango purée in it, which didn’t taste great. The main was a handful of pasta and some lentils in a tomato sauce - must’ve cost pennies to make, tasted of nothing and a measly portion. The dessert was a stodgy piece of apple cake drizzled with a caramel that tasted like it contained dairy. And the staff in the restaurant were unfriendly. The pool is lovely, I appreciated the rule about not reserving sunbeds with towels in the morning. Lunch was frustrating every day because of how long it took to be served drinks; it would be a lot better if they made the soft drinks self-service. Also they need to change to using plastic cups because every single lunch time you’d hear multiple glasses getting smashed thanks to the wind. Overall a lovely hotel but I disagree that it’s particularly good for vegans. I’d like to see a lot more awareness, consistency and care put into the la

no fridge or minibar in room, no iron with board, bad TV signals, towels on lounges before 10am and no staff move them as advertised, drinks in the pool ignored, serving personal not wearing gloves while replenishing the buffet, people taking food from dinning room, even juveniles observed with parents in "Adults only" hotel. Positive: nice and clean resort, friendly stuff, but don't think is all inclusive - very tiny bag of potato chips cost extra 3.50!

Had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel staff were amazing the food and drink was very good,room was great very clean and spacious,couldn’t fault it would definitely go back .16th to 26th June 2025

Wow wow wow!! Me and my partner booked this as our first holiday together and we were not disappointed! First ide like to start with the cleaners, what a fantastic job, every day without fail they would be their to freshen up our room and left it looking beautiful everytime so thank you so much, the hotel staff were all so helpful and accommodating making our experience even more filled as we knew our way around the area easier, the bar staff! Wow, never left you without a drink, constantly wanting to make sure you have a full drink, always checking the foods okay and standing at the door to welcome you. The whole experience was just honestly unreal, the entertainment staff were great ! But a special shout out to raule, what a beautiful person! They really did go above and beyond and had such positive energy every single day even when it was so hot they would continue to smile and be amazing. Thank you to everyone this stay was 100% worth every single penny and I will definitely be returning ! THANK YOU

Had a lovely chilled holiday from start to finish. Hotel room was lovely, staff very pleasant, and food was nice. Only thing I would say was pool area was very busy and packed like sardines.

Just spent 10 days at the hotel. This was our 2nd visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food was always great. Hot and lots of choice. The rooms are very large with a great bathroom. The whole hotel was spotless. We wlll definitely be back 😊
