Great central location and nice breakfast. Decent sized rooms but very dark. Helpful front desk but some problems: they forgot my wake-up call and gave me the wrong taxi information which caused some problems. No gym.

I have only good things to say about this hotel, my only caveat being that (like most tourists) I used it mostly as a place to sleep.
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything in Tbilisi. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good, and is served till 11am which is handy if you've been out till late the night before. The vibe is fresh, with some bold design touches. Everyone at Reception was friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, with ample lighting. The bed was fine, and not too soft. There were two complimentary bottles of water, and they got replenished every day. I did have a problem with the quilt being too hot at night, but I have this problem with quilts in hotels generally (and I'm sure they'd have changed it if I had asked).
I stayed 4 nights and one of those happened to be my birthday. I obviously didn't mention it to anyone, but when I came back to the room that evening I found a complimentary slice of cake from the hotel, with 'Happy birthday' written in chocolate! I thought that was a lovely gesture.

Very close to Freedom Square, very convenient to everywhere, the room is a little small, the hygiene is OK, the waiter will help with the luggage, I won't comment on the hotel breakfast... nothing, Chinese stomach is not used to it
