Hotel Elesa

Let me start with the positive. The location was perfect and the breakfast had a decent choice. Our room was looking out over the courtyard which made it a quiet room. The not so positive side of our stay: Starting with the service. After our first night we had a good breakfast and went out to explore the amazing city. On our return at 14:00 we found the room was not tidied. No beds were made, used cups were not replaced, toilet paper roll not replaced, bathroom not cleaned snd rubbish bin in bathroom not emptied. They only replaced the towels. When I informed the reception the guy argued with me that the room was serviced. I called him to the room and showed the beds, the used cups and bathroom. He then argued with me that the cups look clean to him although we drank water from them during the previous evening. Eventually he brought two new cups and offered us to change the room for the evening. We told him that we rather stay in the quiet room and will make our beds ourselves. Next day we were informed that they don't make the beds. During our 3 night stay the bed linen were never replaced. We made our own beds daily. We had to buy our own toilet paper as the empty toilet rolls were not replaced by them. Unfortunately I can't recommend the hotel.
