فندق رائع وجميل ونظيف وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من ميدان الحرية وسهل التنقل للأماكن المهمة ومركزي للغاية
Location is very good, the bar is excellent, room upgrade was very thoughtful and a couple of people on the reception desk were notably helpful (especially Mikheil who went above and beyond for us arranging restaurant bookings and resolving a double payment issue which no one else had been able to sort / understand).
There were a few issues which, given the price and that it’s a 5 star hotel, were disappointing:
- I was initially charged twice for the hotel room as when we checked in the staff member at the desk couldn’t find any record of my payment (because they were meant to check 2 different systems) and therefore I had to give my card details again. This took over 2 days to sort out, including various trips to the reception desk and emails to the booking company, and was very stressful and a waste of holiday time. In the end, Mikheil was about to investigate and fix this within 30 minutes!
- dirty sponge left in bathroom sink one day. One day no toilet rolls were given and I had to call down about this twice. No shower hat or beauty kit provided in bathroom.
- we were not informed that filming was taking place on the hotel steps for several hours, we were then shouted at by the film crew when we tried to enter the hotel. As a minimum we should have been informed and an alternative entrance provided for guests.
- rude staff member at the breakfast omelette stand who put ham in our omelette instead of herbs and then didn’t apologise for the mistake

a great city location. Right in the heart. Great rooms and great house keeping. The greatness stops there. The breakfast menue is repetivie. Had it on three days with little innovation or variation. With almost 30% guests from south east asia, there could have been some mercy. The staff has an atitude issue. Called thrice at 2200 needed to confirm the arrival of a package. No pickup. Reached to the reception. Nia in charge. She confirmed to the three missed calls. I am single handedly handling the reception right now she quipped. I told her that I am not running the hotel. She looked up and replied...neither am I. The tone and look on her face made me realize for a moment that the brown guy from the fastest growing economy in the world had probably come too far into the west. There were other incidences too with preferential treatment being given to guests from geographies other than ours.

The location was great. Staff were very nice and supportive. Close to major sightseeings. Good restaurants around. Very clean and fresh. Only pool and gym were smaller than expected but in general it didn’t affect the quality. In spite of being in the city it was very silent around and inside of the hotel.

It was a wonderful experience at Wyndham Tbilisi . This is a very good hotel with nice rooms and excellent location. The best part was the breakfast. They have very good spread specially for vegetarians . All thanks to head chef Isabella who took great care of us and made excellent vegetarian dishes which we never experienced any where else .
