The transportation is very convenient and the room is quite big. We stayed on the third floor, which has a bar upstairs. On the first night, the music and the sound system resonated until 12:30 in the morning. The floor and ceiling of the room were vibrating, which was mentally tormenting for three hours. I complained the next day, and then it was very quiet the next night. There was a band singing at the entrance of the hotel, causing noise pollution until the early morning. It would be quite noisy if you lived on the first floor.

Once our favorite hotel in the center. This was not our first time staying here. The location is great! We booked a superior room (according to the photographs, the one in which we usually lived), but at the reception it turned out that the photos did not correspond to the room, since the photo showed a higher room category by mistake. Now the hotel looks "tired". Dirty (stained) carpets on the floor, the walls also have black stripes from suitcases. The staff tried to help us and give us a room with more space and comfort. But there are the same problems listed above. Breakfast, meanwhile, is delicious. We decided to look for an alternative next time.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Tired after a 4-hour flight, we arrived at the main square in a "five-star hotel". If anyone buys into the beautiful photos from their website, please look at the photos in the review, we were, to put it mildly, shocked, having paid almost 30 thousand for 2 nights. An absolutely disgusting dirty room in which it is unpleasant to be! HUGE stains all over the carpet, dirty curtains with traces of human excrement, mold in the shower, shabby walls, that's what we saw when we checked into this "luxury" hotel) And I would not write a review if the hotel representatives had at least somehow tried to get out of an unpleasant situation!! But we were offered an upgrade for our own money (very interesting, when did you have to pay extra to check into a clean room?!), since there were no available rooms of our category (although all room categories could be booked on ***********). In the end, after a long conversation with the manager, we were offered a room with separate beds, with the same dirty carpet, but without mold in the shower.. and thanks for that. From all this, we can conclude that all the rooms in this hotel look like ours, so think 1000 times before booking it!
