"The staff was very kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is on the slope, so you should stop walking with a suitcase."
"It is about a 5-minute walk from the subway and airport bus stops, which is convenient for using public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and prepared a lot."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!"

"The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very warm. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. The bedding is very clean. The health is very good. Next time I come to live in this hotel, it is the best choice for travel."
"The location is somewhat remote, and the stated geographical location is very close to Tbilisi Railway Station - this information is very inaccurate. Google shows: There are no train stations nearby. Fortunately, the girl at the front desk was nice and helped us take a taxi, and the fare was reasonable."
"Location is great but the hotel amenities are a bit dated. The view is stunning and the room size is ok for 2-3 days with a big suitcase."

KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with nice and helpful staff working there. Both reception, restaurant and housekeeping.
Very nice location just few minutes down the hill to the old town.
Really nice, not boring, choices for breakfast with some traditional kartvelian cuisine choices, wonderful restaurant view to the city. Just a bit anoying that some guests come to eat breakfast with sweaty pijamas just out of bed (but that is their lack of culture nothing to do with the hotel).
Rooms are spaceous with all the amenities needed for the stay. Rooms with city views are stunning, so do not hesitate to pay extra few euros for that, it is really worth it to experience amazing sunrise or beautiful city lights at night.
The hotel is calm and beds are very comfortable.
The hotel and rooms are very clean.
Definatelly would consider to stay there again. Highly recommended.
Thank you for a nice experience!
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserThe old museum was renovated, very warm and clean, with good taste in details. The breakfast is simple, but with local characteristics. The waiters are very welcoming to Chinese people. Across the bridge is the famous flea market. It is a little far from the old town. It is convenient to take a taxi.
GGuest UserLocated in the old city, the location is quite convenient, with a complete range of restaurants around. The hotel is on the street, with short-term parking at the door, and it is not noisy at night. The hotel waiters have just the right sense of propriety, not too proactive, but will appear gently and politely when you need help. The room structure is reasonable, although small, but the space is reasonable, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The breakfast area is simple, but it is obvious that the dishes are carefully selected. The products have been adjusted for two consecutive days. I will stay in this hotel again.
RRobertIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
AAminathBreakfast could do better but other than that and the cleaning ladies need to be a bit quite when they are cleaning the rooms specially in the morning. They need to do some renovations as well.
Other than that all good. I requested to extend for two nights very last minute but they agreed without hesitation.
Rooms are cleaned well.
