L’hôtel est très mal entretenu les chambres sont usée et sales, les vitres sont sales, le sol est salle la chasse d'eau des toilettes est très faible, nous etions obligé de tiré 6 ou 7 fois la chasse pour évacuer le papier! Une rénovation est urgente

A fantastic experience. We have stayed at all the nice hotels on the Tel Aviv beachfront but this was by far the best experience. A hotel that the staff care about, well maintained, fantastic pool area (always kept clean, brilliant doors and drink service), superb food in the dining room and a beautiful spa. Right on the beach with towels available at the front of the hotel for taking with, everything has been thought through. The best bit is the people that work at the hotel. The friendliest , warmest people that made our stay really enjoyable.

The hotel is not bad, but the room is dirty. There is a lot of dust, and we have to breathe it. The food is excellent, with a rich breakfast. The spa is great. However, the dirty room and the lack of basic TV channels are disappointing. No YouTube.

We've stayed here a number of times, and each time gets better than the last. The hotel is a full-service hotel that is just across the street from the beach. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to English-speaking guests. I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

We arrived at the hotel as part of a visit to Israel, with the intention of relaxing and celebrating our wedding anniversary. After choosing your hotel based on positive reviews, we paid a considerable amount – over 2,000 shekels for one night – expecting a high standard of service and hospitality, as advertised. From the very beginning, we felt uncomfortable. When we sat on the balcony, we noticed that the separation between our balcony and the neighboring one was only partial, offering very little privacy. For non-smokers, this was especially unpleasant and disturbing. The room next to ours was occupied by a group of young women who returned from a night out around 2:00 AM. From that moment, they began yelling, swearing, and making loud noise on the balcony, even disturbing pedestrians on the street below. It took approximately 40 minutes for a hotel security guard to arrive and ask them to go back inside – but after he left, the disturbance continued, with door slamming and shouting until nearly 6:00 AM. In reality, the atmosphere felt more like a youth hostel on a school trip than a luxury hotel. We did not sleep at all that night, and instead of a peaceful and restful experience, we endured a frustrating and exhausting one. At check-out, we were informed that the manager was unavailable, and we were offered a 10% discount as compensation for the disturbing night – a gesture that felt dismissive, considering the extent of the discomfort we experienced. Later, after we had already left, the hotel manager called and offered us compensation in the form of a "day pass." However, since we live abroad and are not planning to return to Israel in the coming year, this offer is not relevant for us. Our disappointment is twofold – both from the experience itself, and from the way the compensation was handled. We feel that no real effort was made to amend or fairly compensate for such a negative experience. It is truly unfortunate to see that a hotel of this level does not take real responsibility toward its guests.
