Guardianhotel Tel Aviv Wij verbleven 1 nacht in Guardianhotel. De service was geweldig. Blij werden wij van het water tappunt, het koffie en theeapparaat bij de balie. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen gordijn voor het raam zat. Wij bevelen het hotel zeker aan. Ligt centraal, wel heb je ooenbaar vervoer nodig om ergens heen te gaan. Groet Aviva en Sylvia

I booked this hotel in advance, Had the confirmation emails and all my booking details confirmed. I journeyed for over 14hours Arrived on a hot afternoon on the sabbath, 25th May. The proprietor was cleaning the path behind a locked gate, after I had called to him several times he approached me and stated that he would not have a single traveller staying, had to be two. I showed him my booking confirmation which he then refused to honour, walked away and refused to engage with me in anyway.

The room was nothing like the room I requested and I removed the sheets only to discover soiled stains on the mattress . Next time I visit Israel ( which will be soon) I plan on stay in a much nicer and more convenient Hotel. My advice is please steer clear of this property

The walls of the bedroom are absolutely filthy. The floor of the shower in the bathroom was disgusting. At least the toilet and sink was clean. Let's not even talk about the view from the window that is above head level. To get to the 3rd floor is very inconvenient with luggage because there is not elevator. There's no breakfast at all so you'll need to find somewhere to go. Luckily there are a few coffee shops nearby.

From May 1st to May 8th 2023 my sister and I had a holiday in Israel. The vacation was wonderful except for our shabby, crappy hotel. It is La Guardia Hotel, 9 La Guardia St. in Tel Aviv. My sister had a room overlooking the intersection of highways and thus providing a night-&-day traffic noise. My room didn’t have a window! My bathroom and shower cell were terribly small. Everything was either lacking (e.g. a safe deposit box) or dirty, worn or broken. The service was bad. Our sheets were not replaced the whole week, our towels were replaced only once, no cleaning of the rooms whatsoever (the thrash bin was emptied once). The manager, a Russian who has been living in Israel for 32 years, still hardly spoke any English. He was a grumpy guy, never smiled to his guests and could be heard bullying his housekeeping son every afternoon. They seemed to be quarreling, everything in Russian. One day we returned to the hotel and weren’t able to open the front door. The manager was visibly lying on the couch 1 meter away and at first refused to open the door for us. Incredible! The hotel is cheaper than most hotels in Tel Aviv (a terribly expensive city!), but the price-quality rate is bad. Don’t go there!
