Très bon emplacement. Super personnel, très sympathique. Bon choix pour le budget. Ce n'est pas comme un hôtel car il n'y a personne et pas de réceptionniste. Mais ce n'est pas grave car c'est 100% privé. Très près de la plage. Je reviendrai certainement et le recommanderai à mes amis.

We knew exactly what we paid for and did not expect a luxury hotel but still it was terrible that we left the same day switching to another place: 1) public areas were filthy especially the staircase. 2) A terrible smell in the room that we could not stay inside. 3) T.V did not function. We wrote a mail with a review not asking for a refund just so it'll be improved for others, unfortunately after a week nobody bothered to reply. Waste of money!!

If you are looking for a bed in a great location, then this place is okay. Its very basic and had a few annoying things, like the door handle fell off the first time I turned it and they never did fix it. Made me nervous someone could break in or I would be locked in - neither happened, but still quite annoying. Other small things like the hallway was so dark I had to use my phone flashlight to see the lockbox numbers, no openable window, elevator didn't work on my floor. But its a great location with a fantastic coffee shop literally next door and 15 minute walk to the beach.

Nice room, close to shopping

I stayed here for 3 nights in January. There were a few issues encountered. Check in - On booking, they had sent me a check in link but I totally forgot about it, and received no reminders to do so. On the day of check in, I received a message via Agoda to send my details, which I did and the hotel responded so I thought all was in order. It turns out they did not receive the attachments so I ended up standing outside the location with no way to enter. It was so hard to find a phone number to contact them. Access - The lift wasn’t working so you’ll have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. There is no reception so anyone can enter the building if they have the code. On my first night, someone knocked on my door multiple times and I had no way to check because there was no chain lock and no peek hole. Definitely not recommended for solo travelers. I saw 2 cameras in the hallway and asked them to check the footage. It’s been 2 days and still no response. Cleanliness - The kettle was filthy with limescale and burnt stuff (rust?). Under the duvet, I found a bunch of hair. So though the place looked clean, I wasn’t confident it was. The good points are - responsive whatsapp, convenient location to Carmel market and train station, hot showers, and Netflix available. I’d recommend this if location is a priority.

Good location. Small room but it has all you need. Bathroom should have a sliding door to allow a bigger sink. We slept well. Wifi worked great. Super easy and fast self check-in. The bathroom sink and corridor are in need of renovation, otherwise premises are stylish.
