Central Hotel

Pessimo Esperienza negativa. Hotel sporco, poco curato, camere sporche. Biancheria da letto sporca. Pulizia zero. Non consigliato.

Center tel Aviv at budget but... Very near to wonderful beach and night life, but old and at the Limit of usability. Small room, not so confortable bed.

Nice for a quick stay Very nice gentleman helped us check in. However the property is hard to find, though VERY communicative with email before arrival! Probably because it’s Hard to find due to road construction, however past that, it’s a cute little step-up from a hostel style hotel. Good for a night of two before or after a flight. Near enough to the beach. Very tiny rooms though.

Very centrally located. Check in was easy and I got all the information needed for my stay. Will recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Room is a bit small, but has everything you need.

Don’t foul yourselves with the nice photos reality is different.I attended real photos to let people see and be ready.Don’t go for Bed and Breakfast because breakfast is served in the café shop next door not in the motel.Indeed beach is 5 min away walking,water is hot and sun not burning. Jerusalem old city is lovely worth the visit just take the map from the station if you don’t plan to get the guide (they want help you because want you to get guide). If you’re white they will assume you’re Russian which I didn’t like.Be ready prices are high some higher than U.K.

I was very surprised that this hotel is listed as a Boutique Hotel. There was nothing “Boutique” about it. The staff was mostly not friendly from the moment I arrived. Although I was told in advance I can store my luggage, they don’t have a luggage hold. There were stains on the the blankets (although the sheets & cover were clean) that shone through the covers. When the fuse for the Aircon blew, the receptionist implied I was to stupid to work the AC (still after 4 days), before finding the issue…no apology. Complaining to ******* did nothing. Only to get confronted by the receptionist as to why I’d call my travel agency as for him, replacing a stained blanket with another stained blanket “solved the matter” and telling ******* that they don’t even have a storage hold. The cleaning staff consistently complained during the change of linen, insisting he doesn’t see any stains. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the stay, sleeping in that bed, trying to avoid the staff etc. I am very disappointed in that stay and especially in ******* as I am used to better standards and customer satisfying problem solving. There was, however, no resolution whatsoever. The rooms are also not sound proof. The breakfast was good as it was at a cafe on the next corner, as opposed to the hotel itself. Location of the “hotel” was good.
