The staff are amazing and so helpful They could not do enough to help us We had a lovely room with a balcony Restaurant at hotel called doli serves authentic food and wine I would definitely recommend this place Position is close to centre of town and the wonderful and amazing telavi bazaar and market

This should have had a five star rating as the hotel is one of the best boutiques we've found in Georgia. Quirky decor, comfy beds, great bed linen, excellent shower, a very decent hairdryer, and warm and friendly reception staff. However, sadly, the restaurant staff lets it down. The main waitress was arrogant and unfriendly. She initially said she didn't have a table, even though it wasn't full. When we pushed, and said we were staying at the hotel, and pointed out two empty tables, she reluctantly agreed. Food was great, but she had an attitude. Such a shame as all other members of the hotel team were excellent and showed the usual warm Georgian hospitality that we've experienced throughout our two week tour.

First of all, what I pay most attention to is cleanliness, which was very disturbing. Dirty floor, mini bar, stained, stained sheets, torn towels, very dirty bathroom shower. You may be wondering why I didn't report this to the front desk immediately, even though no one was there at any time of the day. During check-in, I was only informed that I could buy breakfast on the spot. I also had to call to find out about the WiFi password, because I never saw anyone there. In addition, both nights in the middle of the night, very annoying noises were heard from the upper floor in the room, I don't know if it was a mouse or what, I was too scared to go up and couldn't explain it. If I was alone, it would be very uncomfortable because I would be more scared because of strange noises in the middle of the night. In addition, I would like to add a word or two about the service, I don't know how standard this is for you, but for a brand whose one of the hotels is among the 100 leading hotels in the world, it is very, very inconvenient not to have lemon and lime in the bar. And you already had a small selection of desserts and three out of four were not available, so I asked for a fruit board and that was not available either, very very embarrassing in my opinion. This was my first experience in a small design hotel and I'm very disappointed. I was preparing for this stay for a very long time and I was very disappointed, I really did not expect such conditions and careless staff.

This hotel was beautiful, well-equipped, clean, and overall lovely. The hotel is located on a street with many historic old houses. The pool was nice and we greatly enjoyed many meals at the attached restaurant. There were many options for the hotel breakfast. A highlight of our time in Kakheti was the employee Momin, who gave us his number and told us to text him if we needed anything. He went above and beyond in arranging transportation for us around the region and booking a winery tour/tasting for us. Would definitely recommend!

The full facility (outside, lobby, room, restaurant) of hotel is magnificent. They put the sincere value and quality into the small details of design for the product. Additionally, their service is immaculate and beyond my expectation. Staff Momin, Thank you for caring my stay whole time.
