Romantic Downtown Telluride Studio Loft, Mountain Rustic Decor

The condo was exactly as described- small and cozy. Located on the quiet West end of Telluride in the middle of multiple small condo buildings with Main Street (Colorado) only blocks away. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were there and worked as intended. The free on-site parking was nice and the gondola to Mountain Village, Clark’s Market, multiple hiking trailheads, etc were only a short walk away. The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive and all the information and tips he provided were helpful. This is not the place with mountain views and high-end amenities, however if, like me, you spend 99% of your time outside and simply want a quaint, clean, and quiet spot that’s affordable to come back to after a long day of adventure, this is a great choice.

Cozy Property/room is small. The room was not cleaned when we first arrived but we were able to talk directly with the owner and he had the place cleaned within the hour. That said, we were unsure what all they did except change the sheets and give us new towels. Location is perfect as its close to town and we were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store in town. The grocery store is expensive but it did have all that we needed. Please know that the room does not have air conditioning. There is a fan but we were still warm at night. We appreciated the small kitchen. I need fresh air and there is a small deck but we did not receive sunlight either in the morning or at night. These are just our personal preferences but I know there are others who need this too.

Great place for two people Perfect size for a couple or group of two. If in ski boots a small hike. Recommend ski/snowboard valet if you don't want to carry your gear for 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to hot tub and laundry. Overall, a wonderful stay!
