The rooms were small but not tiny and very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was ok and the bar open late which always helps! The location is probably the biggest negative as there are no shops around the place. Short walk to train which does take you into the centre of Berlin in 40 minutes

Very nice hotel, exactly what I needed, for comfort, location, very clean and modern. The only small minus was not having a fridge in the room. Very nice and useful to have bicycles available to rent. I didn't use the restaurant or terrace but it looked very good.

Das Hotel präsentiert sich modern und gemütlich! Wir haben zu zweit drei Nächte dort verbracht und können sagen, dass es recht angenehm war und das junge Personal sehr freundlich! Was wir allerdings zu bemängeln haben, ist teilweise die Preisgestaltung: wir mussten für einen kleinen 5 kg schweren Hund 25 Euro pro Nacht bezahlen und es wurde dafür noch nicht einmal ein Trinknapf bereitgestellt! Da wir gar nicht bzw. nur sehr wenig frühstücken, haben wir uns das gespart! Wenn man nur ein Brötchen o.d.gl. isst, sind 19 Euro pauschal zu viel! Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir gefragt, wieviel eine kWh an deren Hauseigenen Ladesäulen kostet: 22 war die Antwort, allerdings nur wenn man noch zusätzlich 10 Euro fürs parken bezahlt. Bei der Schlussabrechnung stellte sich dann heraus, dass der Ladevorgang 22 Euro kostet, egal wieviel man lädt! Somit mussten wir 32 Euro für ca. 20 kWh geladenen Strom bezahlen! Macht ca. 1,60 Euro/kWh! Würden die Preise aushängen (an den Säulen oder an der Rezeption), wäre es zumindest in unserem Fall nicht zum Stromladen unseres Fahrzeugs gekommen!

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage im Grimm's Hotel Berlin-Postdam und es war wieder einmal alles perfekt. Wie gewünscht und reserviert, haben wir die Königs-Suite bekommen. Obwohl das Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant einen kleinen Wechsel hatte, waren alle Mitarbeiter (mit Außnahme eines Mitarbeiters) sehr freundlich und immer sehr gut gelaunt. Nur ein Mitarbeiter hat nie gelächelt, soll aber nicht heißen, dass er unfreundlich war. Ganz im Gegenteil und trotzdem OK. Wir hatten u. a. eine kleine Geburtstagsfeier, erst auf der Dachterrasse zum Aperitivo und dann unten im Restaurant. Es war alles perfekt. Das Team war super freundlich und das Essen und die Getränke haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch an dem Grillabend auf der Retaurantterrasse waren wir mit der Famile dabei und auch hier war alles super perfekt. Alle netten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Restaurant (im Service und in der Küche) sind sehr professionell und kümmern sich wirklich um alles. Man ist zu Gast bei Freunden! Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle im Team, Hotel und Restaraunt. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, dank Ihnen. Gerne bis bald wieder!

Wir waren wieder einmal für ein paar Nächte im Grimm's Hotel und alles war bestens. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Alle im Team sind sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an alle im Team.

Ich freute mich auf das Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes für €27,50. Ich bekam ein zähes irgendwas, was sich Schnitzel nannte. Auf meine Nachfrage an die Kellnerin, ob das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse kommt, sagte mir diese, dass es ein Pfannenschnitzel sei-ich glaube das nicht. Die Pommes waren wohl tiefgekühlt gewesen und definitiv nicht lange genug in der Fritteuse gebacken, sie waren nicht so, wie man es hätte erwarten dürfen. Meine Begleitung war derselben Meinung. Habe alles liegenlassen und den vollen Preis bezahlt müssen. Nie wieder.

Das Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Der Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer mit Regenwalddusche war sehr modern und von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem und die Schlafqualität war top. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt am Zimmer: Ich habe am nächsten Morgen noch etwas im Zimmer am Laptop gearbeitet. Der Schreibtisch ist schon wirklich sehr knapp bemessen. Auch das Frühstück war vielseitig und konnte in gemütlicher Atmosphäre eingenommen werden. Nur 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel ist ein kostenloser P&R-Parkplatz, den ich genutzt habe.

Wahnsinnig freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wunderbares Restaurant mit liebevoll präsentiertem und vielfältigem Frühstück. Sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Schöne Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Ich würde immer wieder gerne dort ein paar Tage verbringen.
